תיאור
A data face made for round screens: the battery rides the top edge, and the day's sun path fills the bottom.
The date sits at the top, the time is the largest thing on the screen, and up to three rows of data sit under it, with the label on the left and the value on the right. The top edge is a battery gauge in ten segments, with one small colored mark at the current level. Under the rows is the time of the next sunrise or sunset. Below that, a curve shows the sun's path from midnight to midnight, heavier while the sun is up, with a small square marking now.
Shows: time, date, battery, next sunrise or sunset, today's sun path, and up to three rows you choose: steps, heart rate, Body Battery, calories, notifications, battery, next sunrise or sunset, alarm, or none.
Settings: theme (light, dark, or grey), accent color (10 choices), the three rows, and a location for sun times, in the Connect IQ app. On newer watches you can also change the theme, color and rows right on the watch: hold the face, then choose Customize.
Battery: redraws once a minute, with no seconds. On AMOLED watches, a dim always-on version shows the time and date, and shifts each minute to protect the screen.
Location: sun times need a location. Almanac uses your watch's last GPS fix or your phone's weather location. Until it has one, the sun time reads --:--.
Alarm: shows whether an alarm is set. Garmin doesn't let watch faces read alarm times.
