Works together with the WizardFit phone app and the Garmin Connect app, and requires a WizardFit account. - Today: your scheduled session with exercises, sets, reps and weight (kg or lb). It also works without your phone nearby, using the last synced plan. - Train strength from the watch: press START to log each set, rest runs on its own and you see your heart rate on every set. - When you finish, choose whether to save the session as a Garmin activity or discard it; either way your sets are sent to WizardFit. They show up in your history once the phone app syncs and, if you have a coach and allowed them to see your metrics, your coach sees them too. - Today's readiness: the score the WizardFit phone app calculated, if you gave health data consent. If you also turn on "Send Body Battery and stress" in the app (off by default), the watch sends them roughly every hour. - Plan cardio: the watch shows today's goal and you record it with the matching Garmin activity (Run, Walk or Bike). How to link it: open WizardFit on the watch with your phone nearby and Garmin Connect open. It shows a 6-digit code that expires in 10 minutes. Enter it in the WizardFit phone app under menu › Wearables › Garmin watch, and confirm on the watch. Viewing today's plan is free. To train from the watch you need WizardFit Pro or its free trial (purchased in the phone app, not through Garmin), or to be linked to a coach on WizardFit. There are no purchases on the watch. Privacy: your sets (exercise, weight, reps or duration, and time), the session start and end, and your watch model go to WizardFit through Garmin Connect. Only with your health data consent, also the heart rate of the session and of each set; Body Battery and stress only if you turn that option on. Never your location.
