תיאור

Speedometer GT is a free app that shows your current speed with a large number and also your top speed and the average speed with matching colors for better readability and the heading (degrees and words) and the current time and the elapsed time (time since the app started). All without any activity tracking. Important: This App Is for Outdoor Use Only, You can't get a GPS signal indoor This is an App, if you want the Data field version, it’s available here: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/696c2578-01b0-4297-a3c2-a9ee12b4889c Speedometer GT App started as a personal project to display the information I needed on my personal watch and then I thought it would be beneficial to anyone who is looking for something similar so I published it once it become mature enough This App doesn't access or track or store your data. All it need is the GPS signal and everything is calculated from it Top speed and average speed and current speed are represented in real time on the Dial (the blue arc for the current speed and a red arrow for the top speed and the yellow arrow for the average speed and a single purple arrow if top speed equals average speed) Translated to: العربية, български, čeština, dansk, Deutsch, Nederlands, English, eesti, suomi, français, hrvatski, magyar, Bahasa Indonesia, italiano, 日本語, 한국어, latviešu valoda, lietuvių kalba, norsk bokmål, polski, português, slovenčina, slovenščina, español, svenska, русский, română, ไทย, Türkçe, українська, Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Melayu, 简体中文, 繁體中文 You can change settings via the menu in the app itself or via the setting panel of this app in Connect IQ App / Garmin Express (See FAQ for instructions): - You can enable or disable Dark mode - You can choose from four different dials (graduated up to 12, 18, 24, 30, 60, 120, 180, 240, 300, 600) - You can choose from four units (miles per hour or kilometers per hour or meters per second or knots). - You can choose the content of the bottom field (Elapsed time or Current time) The heading shows text in five different colors depending on the GPS signal’s quality - Green when signal is good - Yellow when signal is usable - Orange when signal is poor - Purple when position is last known - Red when GPS signal is not available It runs on almost all Garmin watches and Garmin Edge models and handled devices released since 2018, total count of 159 different devices as of last update (I have tested only on simulator, so please kindly report any issue so I can fix it) This App is based on the JustSpeedometer app by Peter Elmers Suggestions and comments are the most welcome. Note: On some devices the speed values are sometimes not accurate or when you stop it shows speed as if you are still moving. That is due to the Garmin devices GPS sensor and not the app itself as explained by Garmin's support team. I am actually working on a workaround but nothing conclusive so far FAQ: 1. How to change kph to mph or the dark mode or the dial graduation via the Connect IQ Mobile App? Answer: Open the Connect IQ Mobile App: My Device - My Device Apps - Speedometer GT App - Settings 2. How to change kph to mph or the dark mode or the dial graduation via the menu? Answer:In general, press and hold the menu button on your watch. Then select the "Units" or “Dark mode” or “Dials” menu option. Some examples: Vivoactive: Touch and hold middle of screen Fenix 6/7: Press and hold MENU button on side Venu [sq]: Press and hold bottom button Forerunner: Press and hold UP button on side That's it!
