Endyoro puts your coach's plan on your watch. Open the app and today's session is already there — steps, paces, heart-rate zones and rep targets, resolved for you, no phone needed. Start it and the watch guides you through every interval, telling you when you are above or below target. Finish it and the result goes back to your coach on its own, with the route attached. What it does: - Runs and strength sessions, guided step by step on the wrist - Paces and heart-rate zones arrive already resolved — nothing to read off a phone mid-interval - Live target feedback: the watch tells you to ease off or push on - Works with no phone in range — three days of sessions are cached - Records a native activity, so your run lands in Garmin Connect as usual - Results and GPS route upload themselves when your phone returns to range, even with the app closed - Treadmill mode, with a distance correction you set from the treadmill's own display - Pause a session and resume it later, or recover an interrupted one Requires a free Endyoro account. Pair once by typing a code shown on your watch at endyoro.com — no password is ever entered on the watch. Accounts are available in India at launch. Other regions to follow.
