Seconds run as a classic hand, as a filling seconds ring or can be turned off. The bezel can be switched off for watches with a fixed bezel – the seconds ring then reaches the edge. **Subdials** One subdial on the left and right, an optional third at the top. With icon and value: steps, steps in % of goal, km, floors, floors descended, floors in % of goal, elevation gain and loss, calories, intensity minutes (today and week), move bar, heart rate, avg. heart rate 1 h, Body Battery, stress, VO2 max, weekly running distance, recovery time, respiration rate, battery, battery days left, notifications, weather, altitude, barometric pressure, day length, moon phase, second, date, weekday, calendar week, day of the year, days until weekend. As hands with a scale: steps, floors, heart rate, heart rate zones (from the user profile), Body Battery, stress, battery, 24 hours (day/night), weekday, date (1–31), month and a small seconds hand. **Bottom block** Digital clock with date, AM/PM and seconds, date, date & week bar, calendar week & day of the year, sunrise & sunset, sun times (2 × 2), sun path, sun & twilight, weather (high/low), pressure trend, steps & daily goal, heart rate & resting heart rate, heart rate history 4 h, training status & VO2 max, race predictor, Body Battery & stress, battery – or off. **Layout templates** Standard, Sport, Health, Outdoor, Everyday, Minimal, Training, Recovery, Hiking, Office, Classic, Race, Chronograph and Calendar fill the subdials and the block at once. Afterwards every segment can be changed individually. **Colors** 48 themes, e.g. Classic, Pitlane, British Green, Navy, Burgundy, Silver, Saddle, Carbon, Royal, Noblesse. Theme shuffle changes automatically within a group (All, Dark, Light, Bold, Soft, Gold, Neon, Subtle, Colorful or your own selection). Plus 3 custom themes, 46 background colors, 18 accent colors, a 6-step gradient and accent color for the hour markers (off, 12 o'clock, 3/6/9/12, all). **Refinements** Individually switchable: sunburst, applied indices, grooves in the subdials, hand cap, glass reflection, numerals on the bezel, marker at 12 o'clock, chrono seconds hand, luminous strips, metal ring around the subdials. **More settings** Hand markers in the seconds ring, hands in front, touch & hold opens the matching widget (touch watches, optionally with marked values), logo display (logo, display type, both, model or none), time format (automatic, 24 h, 12 h), date language (automatic or 19 languages), digital seconds, Always-On (Digital, Analog, Compact, Complete). Everything can be set in the watch menu or in Connect IQ on the phone.
