Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is a month-long celebration of fitness and wellness, challenging you to complete 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 days (30x30).
Since its inception in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has motivated millions to embrace healthier lifestyles. Building on the success of over 2.7 million participants in 2024, the 2025 edition promises to be even more impactful. Through an extensive array of city-wide events, free workouts, exciting tournaments, and wellness opportunities, DFC inspires Dubai to stay active.
