RaceWatch for Garmin is a companion app and does not work as a standalone setup solution. The RaceWatch Android phone app and Garmin Connect are required to create, edit and transfer races to your Garmin watch. After synchronization, you can execute the selected race independently on your watch. RaceWatch guides every run, transition and exercise with clear timing, heart rate and finish prediction. Controls: ENTER or tap completes a segment. MENU pauses or resumes. BACK opens a safe choice to continue, save or discard the race. Required: the RaceWatch Android phone app and Garmin Connect. Heart-rate availability depends on the watch, how it is worn and any paired sensor.

The predicted finish time is green again when you are ahead of the starting prediction and red when you are behind it.
