Your whole day on one dial. Sage Dash is a calm dashboard: a clear time and date panel in the middle, and around it the numbers you check every day, each with a little history so you can see where the day is going. **On the dial** • Steps, with a ring to your daily goal • Heart rate, live • Body Battery, with an arc and half-hour bars for the last five hours • Heart rate bars for the last three and a half hours • Stress bars for the last three hours, and their range on the dial edge • Floors climbed toward your daily goal • Weekly intensity minutes toward your weekly goal • Watch battery • 12 or 24 hours, as your watch is set **For AMOLED and MIP screens** On AMOLED watches, always-on display switches to a dim time and date that move slightly every minute to protect the screen. On MIP watches (fenix 7, Enduro, Forerunner 255 and others) the full dashboard stays on, in colours chosen for those screens. **Good to know** • No ads, no account, no subscription. • Each number comes from your watch. If your watch does not measure something, or has not measured it yet, its arc or bars stay empty and its number shows "--".
