Περιγραφή

ROX-strat puts your Hyrox race plan from your iPhone on your Garmin watch. Pair once. Then pick a race or a PFT in the ROX-strat iPhone app, choose your Garmin, and the watch shows one START screen. Tap it on the wrist and the clock starts there; from then on the watch needs neither your phone nor a connection. On the wrist: - Your personal race plan, synced from the ROX-strat iPhone app - Live elapsed time, segment and PROJ (projected finish) through all 8 stations - Your delta to plan at every split, so you know right away whether you're ahead or behind - Heart rate, shown throughout the race and the PFT - The Personal Fitness Test (PFT): 1 km run, burpee broad jumps, lunges, 1 km row, push-ups and wall balls on one clock - Results go back to your iPhone automatically ROX-strat is free on Garmin, full race plan included. Nothing here needs a subscription. Requires the free ROX-strat iPhone app. To pair, enter the code your watch shows in the iPhone app; the watch syncs through the Garmin Connect app on your phone. iPhone only, no Android app. During the race the watch needs neither your phone nor a connection, and your result reaches your iPhone the next time the watch syncs.
