Περιγραφή

Near real time calculation of how fast you'd be running (or powering a bike) at 60% heart rate reserve (in kph or W), based on current speed (or power), current HR and resting and max HRs in user profile. This number should fall over longer or harder activities as your ability to maintain pace or power drops and the activity average should reflect fitness changes over the long term. Includes some compensation for gradient but not for terrain or weather. Takes 1-3 minutes to produce a value from start depending on how quickly stable pace and heartrate values are reported by the device. Saves data into stats, laps (depending on device software) and charts tab, including cardiac drift if activity is longer than 30 minutes. This calculation probably works best on devices with altimeters and accurate heart rate monitors. Also estimates heart rate change kinetics as of v2.1 which may change in interesting ways with fitness.

v2.3.2 minor v2.3.1 Added option to change displayed value to other internal but useful variables - grade adjusted speed or gradient. Superficial options (the first 3) can be adjusted during activity on some devices using 'resume later' on device and then changing setting (and saving) in the connect IQ app. v2.2.3 Alongside running, added support for cycling via power (requires power meter!) - by default will detect activity type and use speed for running and power for cycling but is overridable. v2.1.3 CIQ System 7 support, improved early starting behaviour, bug fixes and further efficiency improvements v2.1.1 Added parameter optimisation; if set to on, will use machine learning to try to derive your heart rate's response to changing loads to make the fitness calculation work better and update settings automatically - for this to work best, recommended to turn on for 3-5 runs of 30-60 minutes over even terrain, especially including those with more varied intensities (intervals and hills) and then turn off. Can also set this to 'just measure' to see how your heart rate responsiveness changes over the course of the run as a chart without changing model parameters. Off by default! v2.0.3 bug fixes v2.0.0 -New algorithm based on model of heartrate response to external load which provides more consistent readings – this is default option but classic MovAv calculation available in settings. -Cardiac drift calculation added as HRR drift from 15 minutes onwards for runs over 30 mins -Will always produce readings after 3 minutes (by default) but early starting added if reading is relatively stable (also by default) -Settings added so you can turn new features off! -Added support for newer and older watches -Efficiency improvements and reduced memory usage v1.1.3 improved timing v1.1.2 better handling of stopping & pausing v1.1.1 added fit file record and summary fields
