Your watch, with the cover off. Exposed PCB turns the face into a circuit board: the time glows on a 7-segment LED display, and the chips on the board show your data. Steps sit on the main chip (with the current week printed as its date code), battery on the power chip, and heart rate and glucose on the two sensor chips. A small status LED lights green while your phone is connected. - Choose what each of the four chips shows: heart rate, glucose, steps, floors, calories, active minutes, distance, Body Battery, stress, watch battery or temperature - Five LED colours (red, green, amber, blue, white) and a green or black board - Glucose from the free CGM Connect widget, with trend arrow. It turns red when low and amber when high, and you set your own limits in mmol/L or mg/dL - AMOLED always-on mode shows only the dimmed LED digits and moves them slightly each minute to protect the screen - Change settings on the watch (hold Menu, Watch Face, Customize) or in the Connect IQ app Glucose needs the CGM Connect widget with its complication turned on. Fenix 5 series watches can't show glucose, Body Battery or stress.
