Description

A split-flap flip clock carved into a haunted graveyard: weathered stone, moss, lantern light and a full moon over the headstones. A split-flap flip clock fills the left of the face, hours and minutes on stacked headstone flaps that turn on wrought-iron pins. Below them a bar shows the weekday, with the day number on a lit lantern pane and the month on a bone plaque. A seconds sub-dial beside them counts the minute out, its graduations relighting as it fills - switch it off if you would rather have the quiet face. Around the rim, two graduated gauges track what matters: step goal above, battery below, each with a 0-100 scale and a fine needle. Four stone windows carry steps, distance, body battery and heart rate, labelled in curved chiselled capitals that follow the dial. Body battery can take the lower gauge instead, with the battery moving to its window, and the distance window can show stress or last night's sleep score. Current temperature sits in the centre with a weather glyph beside it - sun, moon, or either behind cloud - picked from real sunrise and sunset for your location. THE LOOK The plate is a ring of weathered stone blocks in two staggered courses, set in dark mortar with moss growing in the joints and moonlit from the upper left. A spider waits on its web in the upper-left corner. The gauge faces are lantern glass lit from behind, their warm light spilling onto the stone round them: amber, candle, pumpkin, blood red, spectral blue or ghost-light green. The flip cards are headstones in slate, polished black granite or veined marble, with chamfered edges, moss on the older flaps behind and the hinge a crack in the stone; the data windows and date bar are cut from the same stone. In the centre well a full moon rises behind bats over a graveyard hill, with headstones, a cross and a glowing jack-o'-lantern. The colours and the inks on them are matched for you: light print on the dark gauge colours, dark on the light ones, light digits on dark stone and dark on marble. There is no combination of settings that produces text you cannot read. Always-on is a separate dimmed frame showing the flip clock alone, measured against the display luminance limit so it stays lit instead of blanking after a few seconds. SETTINGS Flip clock and date colour: slate, black or white. The four data windows follow it. Gauge colour: gold, white, orange, red, purple, blue or green Clock size: maximum or standard Seconds dial: on or off Bottom gauge: battery (body battery in its window) or body battery (battery in its window) Distance window: distance, stress or sleep score Weather: show or hide the temperature and weather icon Temperature units: follow the watch, Celsius or Fahrenheit Time format follows the watch's own 12/24-hour setting.
