Everything you see is yours to choose: - 3 progress lines and 4 badges, each showing the metric you pick - 22 data types: steps, calories, intensity minutes (today and this week), heart rate, floors, distance climbed, sleep, sleep score, stress, SpO2, Body Battery, respiration, recovery time, VO2 max, watch battery, distance, altitude, alerts, solar input, air pressure, and temperature - 77 colors (53 solids and 24 gradients), grouped by family so you can pick a shade quickly - 10 ready-made color themes: Default, Colorful, Rainbow, Pastel, Neon, Sunset, Ocean, Forest, Candy, Monochrome - Separate colors for the hour and minute digits - Shaded or flat line style - 6 date formats, or hide the date - The stress icon is a face that changes with your stress level: smiling, neutral, or sad - Step counts read cleanly: 8,432, then 12k from ten thousand - Round watches get arcs, the Venu X1 gets rounded-square lines that follow its shape - Customize on the watch itself or in Garmin Connect - English and Thai Sleep score, VO2 max, and solar input depend on what your watch provides.
