Description

A Halloween watch face that turns your daily goal into a spider web. With every step, a spider lays the spokes of its web and then weaves the spiral, thread by thread. Reach your goal and it catches its prey and drops down on its silk. AT A GLANCE • Large serif time, with the day and date below • Web progress as a percentage, and a ring around the edge that turns red when you reach your goal • Heart rate, steps (or kilometers) toward your goal, and battery HOW THE WEB GROWS • 0–25 % of your goal: the spider lays the 14 spokes, one by one • 25–100 %: it weaves the spiral from the center outward; the newest thread shines brighter • 100 %: the web is complete, the prey is caught and the spider dangles from its thread ALWAYS-ON MODE A dimmed web with the time and your data, shifted slightly every minute to protect the AMOLED screen. Fewer than 10 % of the pixels light up. SETTINGS (from Garmin Connect) • Progress metric: Steps or Kilometers • Use the watch step goal: on or off (with Steps) • Step goal: 1,000 to 50,000 • Distance goal (km): 1 to 42.2 • Show heart rate: on or off GOOD TO KNOW • For AMOLED watches. • Distance is always shown in kilometers, and it counts all of the day's movement, not just runs. • In 12-hour format the time is shown without AM/PM. • The dangling spider only moves while the screen is fully on; in always-on mode the spider and its prey are hidden. • No internet connection and no data collection: everything is read from your watch.
