Description

Squat Streak is a core-exercise tracking app for Android and iOS. There's a number of core exercise icons with customizable names and fully customizable daily, weekly and monthly targets. It also has automatic counters for pushups, squats and situps within the phone app. This watch companion app allows you to log reps down the gym or out on a run without the need to have your phone present. When the watch next syncs with your phone the reps are uploaded to the main app. Activate Garmin watch sync within the General Settings of the Android / iOS app. Watch sync is a PREMIUM app feature, with a free trial period. Tap "UP" button to change activity type or swipe left/right on screen. Long press on "START" button (top right), or tap on down arrow to latch the target. Tap on "Set #" to add set / remove set. Tap on center to have finer rep control (+/- 1 rep).

What is new

Add target with down arrow latch. Added sets to watch. Ensure watch immediately resyncs all reps on open (don't need to press sync button). Add spinner for finer rep control. Add background sync so reps sync without watch app being open.
