Description
Lerro brings the training plan written by your running coach to your Garmin watch.
How it works:
- Your coach plans your sessions in Lerro (lerro.app).
- Open Lerro on your watch: it shows a 6-digit code. Enter it in the Lerro app, under Ma fiche › Compte (My profile › Account).
- Each time you open the app, it downloads the sessions published for the next 7 days, with your own paces, and updates the ones your coach has changed.
- Pick a session: it starts as a regular Garmin workout, step by step, with pace targets. Your coach's instructions are in the workout description.
Not linked yet? Press Start to try a sample session (6 × 400 m).
Requires a Lerro account, on invitation from your coach. The watch app talks to Lerro through the Garmin Connect app on your phone; Lerro never reads your Garmin account. The Lerro app is in French.
