For days outside: sunrise and sunset, Body Battery™ and a large time on one screen. Field Kit is a digital outdoor face, drawn for hiking and long days out. The top holds a chamfered date tag (day, weekday, month) and a small dial with a ring, set to Body Battery™ by default. The time is big and easy to read on the move. Under it you get the sun line with sunrise and sunset, three chamfered tiles (heart rate, steps and temperature to start with) and a battery gauge that shows days left (or percent, or just the icon). Settings From the phone you can change the dial, either side of the sun line, each of the three tiles and how the battery is shown; most can be turned off. Options include heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, distance, calories, floors, intensity minutes, weekly run and bike distance, recovery time, VO2 max, Body Battery™, stress, Pulse Ox, respiration, sleep score, battery, battery days, notifications, alarms, altitude, pressure, temperature, feels-like, humidity, wind, rain chance, sunrise, sunset, daylight left, moon phase, solar intensity, ISO week and a second time zone (what is offered depends on the slot and your watch). General settings cover the colour theme (Original, Cyan, Lime or Mono), 12/24 hour time or the watch setting with an optional leading zero, seconds in active mode, four date styles (TUE 14 OCT, 14 OCT TUE, TUE 10/14, 2026-10-14), the always-on look (Rich, Minimal or Time only), units (watch, metric, imperial), the first day of the week (watch, Monday, Sunday) and a second time zone with a UTC offset and 4-letter label. On a Venu® 4 you can touch and hold a field to open the matching watch screen. Always-on: a dimmed, pared-back layout, updated once a minute, with a small shift now and then to protect the screen. Notes Temperature and weather come from your watch's last sync with the phone. Without a recent sync they read "--". There is no settings menu on the watch in this version; use the Connect IQ Store app or Garmin Connect app. Seconds only show while the watch is active. If your model does not record a value, its field reads "--". Touch and hold needs a touch watch (Venu® 4). Health readings are general information only and are not for medical use.
