Swim tempo trainer: pace beeps at pool checkpoints, stroke rate metronome and intervals. Turns any Garmin into a tempo trainer, even an old one. **Description** A free swim tempo trainer for your Garmin. Put an old watch under your swim cap and swim to the beep. • PACE: set pace per 100 m, pool length and checkpoints; beeps when you should reach each mark, double beep at the wall. • STROKE RATE: a metronome in strokes per minute. • Intervals with rest and a 3-2-1 countdown, in both modes. • Made for water: touch and BACK are ignored while beeping, START stops. Tone and/or vibration. Free and always will be. Tips welcome: https://revolut.me/alexei0pl Controls: UP/DOWN switch mode, START starts/stops, hold UP for settings. Runs on watches from the Forerunner 230 and fēnix 3 up to the latest models. Or generate MP3 file with beeps for your pace or cadence on our product page https://granularconcept.com/lanetick/

What is new

**What's new (1.0.8)** Now available for fēnix 9, fēnix 9 Pro and fēnix 9 Pro Solar, and for more fēnix 8 models (Pro 47 mm, Solar 47/51 mm). **What's new (1.0.7)** The Beep sound setting is gone: each watch now plays the one beep it supports automatically. **What's new (1.0.6)** Settings show only the sound options your watch supports. **What's new (1.0.5)** Beep sound is now simply Custom tone or Loud beep; the other watch sounds were too long to use as a beep. **What's new (1.0.4)** New Beep sound setting. Watches with a speaker (Venu 3 and similar) can't play the custom beep, so they now use the watch's own sounds; vibration works best there. **What's new (1.0.3)** The app no longer connects to heart rate straps, power meters or other sensors, so they stay with your main watch. **What's new (1.0.2)** Removed the diagnostic log used while fixing the water issue. **What's new (1.0.1)** Fixed: on touch-screen watches the app closed when water (or a palm) covered the screen. While beeping, the touch screen and BACK are now ignored; press START to stop. Settings now show the app version. **What's new (1.0.0)** First release: pace with checkpoints, stroke rate, intervals, get-ready countdown.
