QFit is the on-wrist companion to your QFit training plan. Your coach builds your program in the QFit cloud; every morning the day's workout downloads straight to your watch, ready to go the moment you pick up the bar. Open the app and your sessions are waiting — Upper body strength, Lower body strength, Body core, whatever's on the plan for today. Choose one and QFit guides you through it exercise by exercise, so you always know exactly what to do next and how to do it. Every exercise, fully on your wrist: - The exercise name and a clear movement illustration - Your target sets, reps and weight/resistance - A live tempo guide that animates each phase of the lift — eccentric motion, eccentric hold and concentric motion — so you move at the prescribed speed - Your rest timer counting down between sets - Real-time heart rate with a color zone gauge, from warm-up through your working sets Hit start, follow the tempo curve through each phase, and log the set. Need to adjust on the fly? Dial your reps or weight up or down right on the watch and keep moving. When the set ends, QFit drops you straight into a timed rest so your pacing stays honest. Stay in control the whole session. Jump to the next set or exercise, redo a set, or edit your numbers at any point. When you're done, a clean summary shows your total time, exercises completed and KPIs hit — then syncs your results back so your coach and your history stay up to date. Built for lifters who follow a structured, tempo-based program and want their plan, their pacing and their tracking in one place — on the wrist, where the work happens.
