Description

Wake up feeling rested. Ideal Smart Alarm watches your sleep and wakes you at the best moment before your alarm time: when you're in light sleep, not in the middle of deep sleep. TRY EVERYTHING FREE FOR 7 NIGHTS Every smart feature is free for your first 7 nights. After that, keep them with Smart Alarm Pro: $2.99/month or $19.99/year, paid securely with PayPal (card or PayPal account), cancel anytime. Without Pro the app stays free as a regular alarm: it still rings at the time you set, with the gentle rising vibration and the night screen. To subscribe, scan the QR code on the watch with your phone. SMART FEATURES (PRO) - Smart wake window: set your alarm time and a window of 10 to 45 minutes. In that window the watch tracks your movement and heart rate and wakes you in light sleep. If it never finds light sleep, it wakes you at your set time, never later. - Smart snooze: snooze rings again at your next light sleep, within 5 to 10 minutes. - Wake check: fell back asleep after stopping the alarm? It notices and rings again. - Power nap: a nap timer that starts counting when you actually fall asleep. - History: when you woke, how early, why, and how you felt. ALWAYS FREE - Alarm at your set time, with a gentle, rising vibration. - Night mode: a dim, quiet screen all night. A first press only wakes the screen, so a sleepy fumble never changes your alarm. - Last night: when you woke, and when smart wake would have woken you. HOW TO USE Open the app at bedtime and keep it open. Press START (on touch watches, tap) to set your wake-up time. Change the smart window on the Settings page. Works on 78 Garmin watches: Forerunner, fenix, epix, Enduro, Venu, vivoactive and Instinct. Works on your watch alone at night, no phone needed. The phone is used only to check the Pro subscription, a few times a day. Your sleep data never leaves the watch. Privacy: https://idealalarm.up.railway.app/privacy Support: [email protected] Sleep tracking, light sleep detection, sleep cycle alarm, vibration alarm, wake-up alarm, power nap timer.
