Description

FlexZones shows where your workout really is - not just a single heart-rate number. Five growing bars track time spent in Z1 through Z5 during the activity. The current zone is highlighted, with live HR underneath. Zones prefer your Garmin user-profile heart-rate zones when the watch provides them, with a sensible fallback if not. Who it is for Anyone training by heart-rate zones who wants a visual chart like the popular zone fields, but clearer and easier to read mid-session. How to use Add FlexZones to an activity data screen (full-screen 1-field layout works best). Start the activity and watch the bars fill as you train. What you can customise Zone mode label style, accent-related display options, and zone labels on / off. Tip If FlexZones becomes your go-to training field, tips help me keep shipping: https://paypal.me/Comicbookextra ----- FEATURES (optional bullets) ----- - Live Z1-Z5 time-in-zone bars - Uses Garmin profile HR zones when available - Current zone highlight + live heart rate - Minutes labels under each zone - Readable in small and full-screen field sizes
