Description

Hands over a seven-segment time, in the colours of old CRT, VFD, Nixie and LED displays. Track Hybrid is a retro hybrid face: outline analog hands on top of a seven segment LCD-style time (with seconds while the watch is active). The colour presets are named after the display tech they copy: Amber CRT, EL yellow-green, Yellow mono, VFD, Nixie, Red LED and EL blue-green. Pick one and the whole face follows. Around the time: 1. A top field, showing the date unless you set it to ISO week, second time zone, next event, sunrise, sunset, temperature or weather. 2. Two band gauges inside the minute track, each with its name curved along the band. Body Battery™ on the left and stress on the right to start. 3. Four data fields (heart rate, battery days, temperature and notifications by default) and a gauge line. 4. A footer, calories by default. Change any of them from your phone, and switch most of them off if you like a cleaner dial. The data list covers heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, distance, calories, floors, intensity minutes, weekly run and bike distance, recovery time, VO2 max, Body Battery™, stress, Pulse Ox, respiration, sleep score, battery, battery days, notifications, alarms, altitude, pressure, temperature, feels-like, humidity, wind, rain chance, weather, sunrise, sunset, daylight left, moon phase, solar intensity, ISO week and a second time zone; each slot offers what makes sense for it and what your watch supports. Also in settings: the colour preset, 12/24 hour time or the watch's setting, a leading zero for 12 h, seconds on or off, date style (TUE 14 OCT, 14 OCT TUE, TUE 10/14 or 2026-10-14), always-on style (Rich, Minimal or Time only), units (watch, metric, imperial), first day of the week (watch, Monday, Sunday), a second time zone (UTC offset and 4-letter label), and touch and hold to open a field's watch screen on touch watches. Always-on keeps a dimmed, lighter layout that updates once a minute and moves a little over time to protect the AMOLED. Requirements and limits: weather comes from your phone via the watch's last sync ("--" if there is none). Settings are phone-only for now (Connect IQ Store app or Garmin Connect app). Seconds are not shown in always-on mode. Data your watch model lacks shows "--". Touch and hold needs a Venu® 4. Health readings are general information and not for medical use. Compatible watches: Venu® 4 41 mm, Venu® 4 45 mm, Instinct® 3 AMOLED 45 mm, Instinct® 3 AMOLED 50 mm, and the D2™ Air X15, which shares the Venu® 4 45 mm profile. Privacy: nothing is collected and no data leaves the watch. No internet, background or location permission. Permissions requested: Complications (show data the watch already provides and open the related screen), User profile (resting heart rate and heart-rate zones), Sensor history (fallback Body Battery™ and stress readings).
