Description

Show the current training effect of the activity either numerically (0.0 - 5.0) or as a category description. The activity class must be set in the User Settings in the Garmin Connect app for this data field to function properly. For more information, see: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/garmin-technology/running-science/physiological-measurements/aerobic-training-effect/ NOTE; This value may not be available on some watch models. In particular the Vivoactive and Venu series do not seem to support this.
