Description

Determine your all-time maximum heart rate. Many Garmin watch models don't automatically adjust your maximum heart rate setting when you reach a new maximum. (The max HR setting is usually just an estimate and must be set manually.) This datafield records and shows your all-time maximum heart rate so that you can set the "Max. HR" setting correctly and get more accurate heart rate zone classification. In addition to knowing if you are working in an aerobic or anaerobic zone, correct heart rate zone classification is required for the following features: body battery, recovery time, training effect, training load, training status and suggested workouts. For more info, see: https://www.myrunnerslife.com/running/why-you-need-to-setup-the-heart-rate-zones-on-your-garmin-watch/ # Features: * Records and shows your all time maximum heart rate * Shows current heart rate as % of maximum * Configurable minimum number of seconds to qualify HR as a new maximum NOTE: Heart rate outside of a Garmin activity is not observed or recorded even if a new maximum is reached. # Full Version Features: * Configurable to display either the all time maximum, maximum in the last 14 (active) days, today's maximum or maximum for the current activity. * Configurable to display % of max heart rate or % of heart rate reserve (HRR) used. HRR is your max HR minus your resting HR. Because it takes into account your resting HR, %HRR used can be considered to be a more accurate representation of your training load. * Reset the all time maximum value # Payment For the FULL version, use this link to pay US$1.49 via Stripe (no account required; credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted). https://buy.stripe.com/dR6eWz5k0dRb5osaEL 如需通过微信或支付宝付款，请使用此链接：https://buy.stripe.com/dR67u74fW00lg36dVe Alternative payment via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/trudelta/1.49USD Important instructions to get your unlock code quickly: https://ko-fi.com/post/Payments-via-PayPal-Z8Z6AIK78 Payment via Stripe is recommended because you will get the unlock code immediately on the payment confirmation page.
