Description

ReplayFIT puts your own or your coach's training plan on your Garmin. When you open the app you choose what to do: one of today's planned sessions, or another plan. During your workout you see the exercise, the reps and the weight, with your set time, total time and heart rate on screen. The rest counts down and vibrates when you are ready to go again. Did fewer reps or use another weight? Adjust it with UP/DOWN. For running and walking the watch starts the right activity with GPS and guides you through the blocks of your build-up plan, showing pace and distance. Afterwards your session is saved in Garmin Connect and sent to ReplayFIT: reps, weight, heart rate and the rest you actually took per set, plus your heart rate graph, your time in heart rate zones and - for a run - your route. Your coach sees the same in your file. A ReplayFIT account is required. You pair once with a code from the app (More, then Connections, then On your watch); your password never goes onto your watch.

What is new

Version 1.4.0 - Heart rate variability is now measured automatically while you sleep. From your bedtime to your wake time (as set on your watch) the app listens to your heartbeat for 20 seconds every 5 minutes. Your night average then appears in ReplayFIT by itself. Version 1.3.2 - Heart rate variability: the measurement no longer restarts by itself. The watch mistook its own vibration for movement. If you do move, it simply skips those beats and carries on. - Heart rate variability: more accurate result when your watch misses a few beats. Version 1.3.1 - Heart rate variability: the app now waits until your watch picks up your heartbeat steadily (sit still), then measures for 2 minutes. If it can't, you'll know within a minute and what to do. - Stress and Body Battery: the app sends your stress and Body Battery to ReplayFIT automatically, when you wake up and every 3 hours, even when the app is closed. - Heart rate variability: measure your HRV in 2 minutes (menu item Hartslagvariatie). The result appears in your ReplayFIT journal and counts towards your recovery.
