Description

Bring the authentic "12-minute timer" experience to your wrist. In Japanese sauna culture, a specialized 12-minute analog clock (a "Dozen Timer") is the standard for tracking sessions. This app replicates that classic experience while adding practical smartwatch features. [Key Features] * 3 Display Modes: Toggle between "Simple Analog", "Detailed Analog", and "Digital" by pressing the upper-right button. * Vital Data at a Glance: The "Detailed Analog" and "Digital" modes simultaneously display Elapsed Time, Current Time, and Heart Rate. In Detailed Analog mode, data positions automatically shift to avoid being hidden by the clock hands. * Smooth Sweep Movement: Features an 8Hz (125ms) update rate to mimic the smooth, sweeping motion of physical sauna timers. * Vibration Alerts: Notifies you with a vibration once your target time is reached. * Sauna-Optimized UI: Timing starts immediately upon app launch. [Specialized "Sauna-Like" Operations] * "No-Look" Target Adjustment: Instantly adjust or extend your target time even after it has elapsed. Each press of the up/down buttons adds/subtracts time, allowing for sensory operation without visual confirmation in a steamy environment. * Instant Restart (Water Bath Ready): Long-press the UP button anytime to reset and immediately start a "1-minute" countdown. While further adjustments can be made with the up/down buttons, this single action is all you need to prepare for the cold water bath, even in those hurried moments. [Disclaimer] Using a smartwatch in a sauna may void the manufacturer's warranty. The developer assumes no responsibility for any hardware damage, battery degradation, data loss, or other issues resulting from the use of this app. While this app was developed with the thermal resistance of the MIL-SPEC Garmin Instinct series (excluding Crossover) in mind, this does not guarantee safety or functionality. Using this app on non-Instinct devices carries a significantly higher risk of severe hardware failure and screen layout issues. By downloading this app, you agree to use it entirely at your own risk.
