This data field requires an electronic group sets. I have only been able to test it using Shimano di2, but it should also work for Sram and Campagnolo electronic group sets, if they provide info to Garmin device as di2 does (I do not know it). It shows a sketch of the front/rear gears and highlights those been used. If data field is big enough, size or index of the selected gears and cadence (cadence sensor required) or grade are also numerically displayed. To alternate grade and cadence info, tap on the data field. Front/Rear gear size is exported to fit file, so that corresponding charts are shown in GC activity charts.
