Description

A practical fluid-loss estimate for long workouts. Set body weight, temperature, and target drinking rate in Connect IQ settings, then show total sweat estimate, drink gap, or loss rate during the activity. You can calibrate it to your body: weigh before and after a workout, enter the measured loss once in settings, and the field derives a personal calibration percent that scales every future estimate. The estimate uses elapsed time, heart rate, body weight, and temperature settings on the watch only. It is an estimate, not medical guidance, and it does not require a phone, account, network, or private data upload. Free 7 day trial, then one-time purchase. No subscription.
