Description

This is a version of Seep as Android for users who are experiencing Garmin killing the app during sleep to maximize battery. In this version the app uses Activity Recording which prevent Garmin from killing the app. The downside of this version is battery consumption. In our tests this versio consumes 30%+ battery over night. We try our best to minimize battery use like turning of GPS which is on by default for Activity recording, not persisting the session and using indore activity type. But still battery consumption is high. But it seems as only way to keep sleep tracking all night on device with reported issues like e.g. Venu. Unlock the full power of your Garmin wearable with the official Sleep as Android companion app. Transform your watch into a sophisticated sleep laboratory that tracks your cycles, monitors your heart, and wakes you up at the optimal moment. Documentation: https://sleep.urbandroid.org/docs/devices/garmin.html --- FEATURES --- - ADVANCED ACTIGRAPHY: High-precision motion tracking with awake detection. - HEART RATE: Syncs HR data to the main app. - VIBRATION ALARMS: Gentle, silent alarms directly on your wrist. - SMART CUES: Supports Anti-Snoring and Lucid Dreaming vibrations. --- SIMPLE SETUP --- 1. Install "Sleep as Android" on your phone → https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbandroid.sleep 2. Install THIS app on your Garmin watch. 3. In the Sleep as Android main app, select Settings → Wearables → Wearables → Garmin. --- IMPORTANT NOTES --- - ALARMS: Only work while a sleep-tracking session is active on the watch. - BATTERY: On some Chinese phones like Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus etc... you need to whitelist Garmin Connect in your phone's battery settings to prevent disconnects (see: dontkillmyapp.com). - HEART RATE: Enable this in the phone app under Settings → Wearables → Heart rate monitoring. - TEST SENSOR: Please note that the "Test Sensor" feature is not supported on Garmin hardware. qtpEs7C+N};K#SF$D{eF Preview
