Alke turns your watch into the remote for the workout your phone is already running. Your phone stays the source of truth: it owns the routine, the timer and the log. The watch shows the set you are on and sends your intent back, so you can leave the phone in your bag between sets. WHAT IT DOES - Start one of your routines from the wrist, today's first. - See the current exercise, the sets you have finished, and the target weight and reps at a glance. - Live heart rate on the set and rest screens, in the same place on both. - Log a set by checking it. BACK opens Adjust, UP/DOWN change the weight and the reps, START saves. Nothing is ever logged with numbers you have not looked at. - Rest is the whole screen: a countdown, with what is coming up next underneath it. BACK skips the wait. - Four data slots you choose, paged with UP/DOWN — sets done, sets left, total reps, volume, heart rate, average and maximum heart rate, respiration, elapsed time, the clock, calories, battery, active time, and how the session is tracking against the plan. - Workout progress as an arc around the edge of the screen. - The session is recorded as a strength activity and saved to Garmin Connect, one lap per set. Each lap times only the set itself: rest is a pause, the way stopping is on a run, while the workout clock runs from start to finish. Per-set fields carry each set's exercise, reps and weight, and the session carries volume, reps and sets. THE CONTROLS ARE YOUR WATCH'S OWN START/STOP ends the workout and BACK/LAP advances it — the same map the built-in activities use. Every screen is reachable from the buttons alone, so the app behaves identically on the models with no touchscreen. WORKS ON 44 watches, and the buttons are the same on all of them: fenix 6, 7, 8, 8 Pro, 8 Solar and fenix E, Enduro and Enduro 3, epix (Gen 2) and epix Pro, MARQ and MARQ (Gen 2), Descent Mk2, Mk3 and G2, D2 Air X10 and D2 Mach 1, 2 and 2 Pro, and the tactix and quatix models that share those platforms. REQUIREMENTS The Alke app on a paired phone, for iOS or for Android, and a Bluetooth connection to it. This is a companion app: without the phone there is no workout to mirror.
