Description

Before every trip lived on a phone, a world timer put a little of the wider world on your wrist. A few city codes. A tiny map. That unmistakable LCD display. Atlas brings that feeling to Garmin AMOLED watches. Inspired by the digital watches that made even an ordinary day feel ready for departure, Atlas pairs classic LCD character with the things you want to know today. Shaped display windows, crisp segmented numbers and the faint outlines of inactive segments give it a familiar rhythm. The time stays large. The details have their place. HOME. AWAY. SOMEWHERE NEXT. Morning at home. Afternoon in London. Late evening in Tokyo. Keep your local time and two chosen world cities together, whether you're crossing time zones, calling family or simply keeping another part of the world close. Choose from 54 cities plus UTC, with independent 12/24-hour formatting for the world clocks. The small map and local city label follow available local position information, adding a sense of place to every glance. A CLASSIC, IN YOUR COLORS Start with Classic Sage for that familiar LCD look, or make Atlas your own with Silver, Ivory, Field Olive, Glacier or Sand. Adjust the inactive-segment ghosting, show or hide awake seconds, and choose whether your main 12-hour clock starts with a zero. FROM THE FIRST TRAIN TO THE LAST LIGHT Check the weather before heading out: a smooth LCD-style symbol, current temperature and forecast low/high. On supported touch watches, hold the weather panel for feels-like temperature, precipitation, wind or local sunrise and sunset. Hold the date panel to cycle through day/date, steps, distance and floors. Choose what each window comes home to: your favorite date field and weather detail. Set each return time to 10, 20 or 30 seconds, 1 minute, or Never. Both start at 30 seconds. Lowering your wrist keeps your selection and its original countdown; Never keeps it until you change pages or reset the face. OUR SIGNATURE AFTER DARK As daylight fades, Atlas can trade its daytime LCD panels for luminous details on pure black. Choose Green, Ice blue, Aqua or Vintage amber. Set lume to Sunset to sunrise, Sleep schedule, Always or Off while awake. Sunset to sunrise is the default. A restrained lume display carries the time into AMOLED always-on mode. The character of Atlas stays with you through the day and into the night. GOOD TO KNOW - Weather uses Garmin's cached service; keep Garmin Connect synced. No separate weather account or API key is needed. Missing or stale readings show dashes. - Touch-and-hold depends on watch support. Button-only models can choose their default date and weather fields in settings. - Timezone and daylight-saving conversion use Garmin data. Keep your watch software current. The map shows a generalized local region, not exact timezone boundaries. - Sunset scheduling uses a fresh weather location and falls back to your Garmin sleep schedule when needed. Detail changes appear on the next display refresh. - Made for compatible round Garmin AMOLED watches across Forerunner, fenix, epix, Venu, vivoactive, Instinct, MARQ, Approach, D2 and Descent families. See Compatible Devices for exact models and required firmware. MIP, rectangular displays and older models below Connect IQ 4.0 are not included. - On Instinct Crossover AMOLED, the watch's physical hands remain active and can overlap the LCD panels. Atlas does not reposition them. - No advertising, analytics or direct data transmission. Atlas uses local watch data and does not start GPS. Atlas World Timer by MeridianWatchworks.
