Description

A watch face for heart-rate pacing. It shows: - OVER and your heart-rate limit · minutes today with heart rate above it (green 0-4, amber 5-10, red over 10; a dash until today's first reading) - the time - current heart rate (amber from your caution line, red above your limit), Body Battery, stress and steps - arrows under Body Battery when it has fallen in the last 30 minutes (amber for a fall of 3-4, red for 5 or more) - the watch battery The limit and caution line are the ones you set in Chargewise. Chargewise Sync, on the same watch, passes them to the face after each send (about every 15 minutes). Until then the face uses the last values it received, or 100 and 90 bpm. If no limit is set in Chargewise, the face shows OVER - and counts nothing. The minutes come from the watch's own heart-rate history, so they catch up after the screen was off or an activity ran. When the limit changes, today's minutes are counted again at the new limit. No data leaves the watch: the face has no network access. It only reads the limit and caution line from Chargewise Sync on the same watch. For information only. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Support: [email protected]
