On-screen during your ride: Color-coded 7-zone power gauge with a live marker showing exactly where you sit relative to your FTP, your current zone highlighted Current, average and max power, live VO2 estimate Dark or Light display theme - pick whichever is easier to read in your conditions After your ride in Garmin Connect: Avg Power, Max Power, Best 5-min Power, Best 1-min Power, Normalized Power, Variability Index, Power-to-Weight (W/kg), mechanical work (kJ), estimated VO2max (peak 8-minute effort and ride average), and a full power graph.
