if you find my work useful and would like to support firther development, please support: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/axl13 Estimate VlaMax: https://metabolicprofile-72792.web.app/ Unlock the hidden metabolic data behind your power numbers. Metabolic Monitor goes beyond simple power zones, using a sophisticated physiological model to estimate your real-time Blood Lactate Concentration (mmol/L) and Fuel Utilization (Fat vs. Carbs) directly on your Garmin device. Designed for serious endurance athletes, this data field helps you execute workouts with biological precision—whether you are targeting maximum fat oxidation or managing recovery between high-intensity intervals. All models wrong, but some are useful! This is a hobby project. No guarantees on precision or stability. Use it on your own. For health advice consult with professionals.

What is new

* Live Lactate Tracking: See your estimated net blood lactate in real-time. * Fuel Gauge: Track instant Fat and Carbohydrate combustion rates (g/hr) and view total consumption for the ride. * FatMax Pacing: Visual "MAX FAT" status ensures you stay in the optimal zone for metabolic efficiency. * Interval Smart-Pacing: Don't guess your recovery. Wait for the lactate value to drop (e.g., below 2.5 mmol/L) before starting your next interval to ensure high quality and repeatability. * FIT Recording: Saves metabolic data to your FIT file for post-ride analysis
