Description

This app is useful for interval training where you switch between on and off sets. To switch from on to off (and back again) use the lap button. This is similar to Garmin's regular lap recording, the difference is that the off laps are not recorded so to improve your activity data. *update* there is a pre-activity start menu option to choose how off laps are recorded: a) Record off laps without GPS: off laps will be recorded but without GPS. Your completed Garmin activity will show on and off laps. (Note that off laps may still show marginal distance- I couldn't work out how to get around this.) b) Record off laps with GPS on: this will function the same as the standard Garmin laps. c) Ignore off laps: don't record them as a lap. Your completed Garmin activity will only show on laps. Available data screens show two views: - Current lap data view - Lap number - Lap time - Lap distance - Current pace - Current heart rate - Current time - Total data view - Lap number - Total time - Total distance - Average pace - Average heart rate - Current time Lap summary data is displayed briefly when the lap button is pressed.
