Help, settings and every Glean face: glean-watch.github.io New faces on Facebook: facebook.com/gleanwatchfaces and on Instagram: instagram.com/gleanwatchfaces At breakfast the peaks are bare rock. As your step goal fills, the snowline comes down the mountain; a goal met is a range under full snow. You read it the way you read a real mountain, by how far down the white comes, and a small legend underneath says what the snow is measuring and how far along you are. The valley holds the four readings an outdoor day asks for: elevation, heart rate, the weather, and the next sunrise or sunset, each marked by its icon. Battery and alerts sit with the date at the top. The sky follows the sun: dawn after sunrise, blue through the day, dusk before sunset and a starry night after it. Or keep one of six skies: dusk, dawn, day, night, alpenglow, or an arctic sky with the aurora low over the range. On memory-in-pixel screens every sky is drawn for 64 colours, dithered by hand rather than rounded; on AMOLED it is a smooth gradient. The always-on mode keeps the skyline and the time, at 3% of pixels lit.
