FINGER STRENGTH TRAINING • Live Force: follow your current force, peak force, average force and force history during timed or unlimited sessions. • Peak Force / MVC: test your maximum finger strength with max hangs or no-hang pulls, compare left and right, and repeat trials. • Endurance: hold a chosen force for a set duration with optional target-force feedback and left/right trials. • RFD: measure your Rate of Force Development and see how quickly you can generate force. • Repeaters: create hangboard or no-hang intervals with custom sets, repetitions, pull time and rest periods. • Critical Force: complete 24 pulls over four minutes to estimate the force you can sustain. Open HangTime Climbing and select Add device. Choose your device in Garmin's Bluetooth device picker. Connect, choose a finger strength test or workout and follow the tare instructions.
