- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - A NEW WAY TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Our days get away from us, our breath along with it. We log the miles, work through the list, reply to the message, chase the notification. This watch face offers a different way to see your goals: the goal here is to find your center, where recovery and balance begin. This is where we prioritize the pause. Three circles, each following one of your metrics. When your metrics reach alignment, you capture a moment when your body is centered. Free for 24 hours, then $1.99+. Details below. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - THE METRICS Your watch tracks a lot. These five ask one thing: how are you, right now? - Heart Rate - is your rhythm steady? - Stress - is your system calm? - Respiration - is your breath easy? - Move Bar - are you moving enough? - Solar Intensity - are you getting fresh air? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WATCH FACE LANGUAGE - Goals: These are the values each metric tries to center on - Threshold: Represents how far a metric can drift from its goal before its circle leaves center - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - YOURS TO SET - Date visibility - Time visibility - Each circle's metric, color (60+ to choose from), and label visibility - A universal metric threshold - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - TOUCH AND HOLD / LONG-PRESS - If you touch and hold the watch face, you will be presented with each circle's metric value and the current date for a few seconds - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - MAIN MENU - Tapping the date or the time allows you to show or hide those labels from the main watch face screen - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY - The watch face looks the same with your wrist down, shifting slightly each minute to protect the screen - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - MORE DETAILS - Four of the 5 metric goals are guided by Garmin's own data. For example, your heart-rate-goal is tied to your resting heart rate value (RHR - your lowest 30 min average in a 24-hour period) - Respiration, unlike heart rate, is measured by Garmin only when you're fairly still, so at times you will see gaps where there is no metric value (displayed as "--") - Solar Intensity is slightly different as we all live in different parts of the world; therefore you can adjust the goal to your needs. (Solar compatible watches only) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 24-HOUR FREE TRIAL, THEN $1.99+ When the trial ends, scan the QR code on your watch, pay through Ko-fi and follow the steps. Keep your watch connected to your phone so it can check for your purchase. Once confirmed, it unlocks within 5 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - QUESTIONS OR IDEAS? I make watch faces for everyday wear, mostly ones I couldn't find in the store. If one has been worth more to you than what you paid, a donation toward a post-run recovery meal is a lovely way to say so :) https://ko-fi.com/watchlab - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - TAGS wellness, wellbeing, recovery, balance, heart rate, stress, respiration, breathing, solar, sunlight, outdoors, outside, stillness, flow, harmony, mindful, mindfulness, awareness, relax, unwind, restore, simple, minimal, minimalist - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
