Description

This is the minimal Version of the 80/20 Run Zones data field to provide legacy support for older watches with limited memory size like Fenix 3, Forerunner 920Xt, ... This will only record and show your 80/20 heart rate zones and intensity. For more information and instructions please refer to my website: garmin.eho-systems.de Of course you can also use this data field with newer watches but for these we recommend to use the full blown 80/20 Run Zones data field that will record all three metrics heartrate, pace and power at once. The data field can be found here: https://apps.garmin.com/en-EN/apps/597586ff-128f-46ca-a896-1679f8c10d1a . Separate data field for 80/20 run pace can be found here: https://apps.garmin.com/en-EN/apps/be4d4440-db19-4d01-93a1-66592fe2f0ed Separate data field for 80/20 run and bike power can be found here: https://apps.garmin.com/en-EN/apps/b2b33aa6-b20d-4164-ba97-c0b594bb0fc6 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The "80/20 Training System" was invented by D. Warden and M. Fitzgerald (www.8020endurance.com) and zone calculation algorithm is based on their book "80/20 Triathlon: Discover the Breakthrough Elite-Training Formula for Ultimate Fitness and Performance at All Levels, 1. Ed, 2018, DaCapoPress, NY". The app was approved and created with the kind support of the authors. The logos are copyright by the authors. All rights reserved.
