Description

This data field combines 3 of my most popular data fields all in one: MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) Aerobic (HR zone) timer All-time Max HR This saves using up those precious maximum 2 data field slots for Connect IQ data fields. # Features * Display selectable between: 1) (Current) METs 2) Average METs over the entire activity duration 3) Max HR for the session 4) % Heart rate reserve used 5) HR zone timer (Measures maximum continuous or cumulative duration spent in target heart rate zone(s)) * Settable goal time for HR zone timer with vibration when the goal is reached (useful for indicating minimum time required to get a VO2max measurement) * Selectable to calculate METs using 1 MET=1 kcal/kg/h as a basis, or as a multiple of your estimated personal basal metabolic rate (indicated as METp). Your personal basal metabolic rate is your daily Resting Calories (visible in the Garmin Connect app) divided by the number of minutes in a day. (This latter selection requires your birth date, weight, height and gender to be entered in your Garmin user profile settings.) * Determines and saves all-time maximum HR # Full Version Features * Optionally saves MET data to FIT file for graph display in the Garmin Connect app * Optionally saves average MET over the activity duration and total MET·hr expended to the FIT file for display in the Garmin Connect app activity summary * Optionally saves maximum MET for the activity to the FIT file for display in the Garmin Connect app activity summary * Optionally saves 14 day maximum MET to the FIT file for display in the Garmin Connect app activity summary * Optionally saves today's MET·hr (from all activities) to the FIT file for display in the Garmin Connect app activity summary (available on Garmin watches only) * Optionally saves previous 7 days MET·hr (from all activities) to the FIT file for display in the Garmin Connect app activity summary. This gives you an indication of your normalized weekly activity level, also reflecting your energy expenditure. Normalized means the value is comparable to others of different height, weight, age, gender. (available on Garmin watches only) * Saves max HR for the last 14 (active) days to the FIT file for display in the Garmin Connect app activity summary * Determines heart rate recovery at the end of the activity and saves this for viewing in Garmin Connect. To use this, enable the option to measure HR recovery in the settings before starting your activity. Press STOP as usual at the end of your exercise. Rest. At the end of the 2 minutes, the watch will vibrate, indicating that the heart rate recovery has been measured. Now save the activity. View the results in Garmin Connect. For example, a heart rate recovery value of 25 means that your heart rate dropped 25bpm after 2 minutes. This value should increase as your fitness level improves. * Determines VO2max adjustment for altitude and saves this for viewing with the activity in Garmin Connect. For example, if the VO2max adjustment value is 5%, then the reported VO2max should be further multiplied by 1.05 to estimate your VO2max at sea level. # Payment For the FULL version, use this link to pay US$2.99 via Stripe (no account required; credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted). https://buy.stripe.com/bIYg0D13K8wR6sw5pK 如需通过微信或支付宝付款，请使用此链接：https://buy.stripe.com/cN26q327OcN70485pN Alternative payment via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/trudelta/2.99USD Important instructions: https://ko-fi.com/post/Payments-via-PayPal-Z8Z6AIK78 If you don't get a reply within 8 hours, see here for help: https://ko-fi.com/post/Common-causes-for-not-receiving-your-unlock-code-N4N8BUEGH
