STRIPE puts the time first. A wide colour stripe and oversized bold digits give this everyday AMOLED watch face a clean, distinctive layout. Date and battery sit above the stripe; four independently configurable data fields sit below it. Choose Gold, Ice, Mint or Coral. The default fields show exact daily steps, heart rate, total daily calories and Body Battery. Steps are displayed as a whole number, not a rounded K value. Long numbers automatically use a smaller font so that the complete value remains visible. Each field can show heart rate, steps, total daily calories, Body Battery, floors climbed, weekly intensity minutes, watch battery, notifications, stress or daily distance — or be switched off. Date and the separate battery readout can also be hidden. Settings are available on the watch and through the Connect IQ app. The Always-On layout keeps time and the selected fields on a black background, using dim grayscale text, alternating scanlines and minute-based movement. The colour stripe is hidden in Always-On. You can switch Always-On off. The watch's 12/24-hour time preference and distance units are respected. The interface, date and field labels are in English. Availability of health and activity data depends on the watch and its data history. Unsupported, unavailable or stale readings are shown as -- rather than a fabricated value. Calories are Garmin's total daily calories, not active calories. BODY means Body Battery, not watch battery. No location request, external account or developer-operated server is used. No weather, seconds display or external payment integration is included. Store screenshots are actual Connect IQ Simulator captures using illustrative data with the production renderer.
