GRID brings bold digital time, a glowing geometric grid and your daily data to Garmin AMOLED watches. Make it yours with 10 coordinated themes: Ember, Glacier, Orchid, Jade, Rose, Amber, Ruby, Cobalt, Lime and Titan. Choose subtle icons tinted to match your theme or white circle icons with themed accents. • Eight configurable data fields: four circles, two upper fields and two lower fields. Choose each independently or switch it off. Available choices vary by position. • Two independent edge progress arcs with value markers and optional source icons. • Configure directly on your watch or through the Connect IQ app. Changes apply immediately. • English, German, Italian, French and Spanish settings, dates and weather text. TIME & DATE 12/24 hour time following your watch settings, optional seconds while awake, and a second time zone with UTC offsets in 15 minute steps. Adjust the second zone manually for daylight saving time. Seven date styles: weekday/day/month, month/day/weekday, calendar week, date with year, date with temperature, temperature with daily high/low, or weather conditions. HEALTH & ACTIVITY Steps, daily distance, calories, floors climbed, today's and weekly intensity minutes, weekly running and cycling distance, heart rate, resting heart rate, personal heart rate zone, Body Battery, stress, respiration rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), recovery time, sleep score and VO₂ max. WEATHER & OUTDOORS Current temperature and conditions, feels like temperature, daily high and low, rain probability, UV index, humidity, wind, altitude and air pressure. Weather icons adapt to daytime and nighttime conditions. Display today's sunrise and sunset, the next sun event or a countdown to it. Choose next moonrise, next moonset or the next moon event automatically. Moon times are calculated on the watch using your available location. Distances, altitude and temperature follow your watch's unit settings. Air pressure supports automatic units, hPa, inHg or mmHg. PROGRESS AT A GLANCE Assign either edge arc to steps, weekly intensity minutes, Body Battery, battery, heart rate zone, stress, daily calories, daily distance, today's running distance or the move bar. Track rolling 7 day totals for steps, distance, calories, floors, intensity minutes, running or cycling. Set your own daily calorie, distance and running goals, plus 7 day calorie, distance, running and cycling goals. Running/cycling history totals use saved activities. STATUS & SHORTCUTS Battery percentage or estimated remaining days, switching to hours below one day. Battery icons show the charge level and turn red when low. Independently show or hide Bluetooth connection status and notification count. On compatible touchscreen watches, press and hold supported fields, arcs, the date or notifications to open the related Garmin view. Shortcut availability depends on the watch and data type. ALWAYS ON & BATTERY OPTIONS A minimal Always On Display shows outlined time with an optional date. A rotating pixel mask helps reduce the risk of screen burn. Seconds are hidden in AOD, and sensor and weather data are not refreshed there. Choose between three refresh modes: • Live: refresh on wrist raise, then update heart rate and status every second while awake. • Refresh on wrist raise, then every minute. • Refresh once per minute for lower power use. Grid does not activate GPS. Sun and moon features use an available weather, activity or saved location. Designed for 48 compatible Garmin AMOLED models. Data availability depends on your watch, firmware, recorded measurements and Garmin services. SpO₂ displays available readings. It does not start a measurement. Unsupported or unavailable values appear as a dash.
