Description

[ BurnBudget ] BurnBudget is a diet support app that shows how many calories you can still eat today at a single glance without logging any food. It automatically calculates your daily budget from your Garmin calorie burn and body condition. [ Key Features ] - Daily Calorie Budget Displays the amount you can eat by subtracting your deficit goal from your projected daily burn. The outer ring represents your remaining energy for today. - Rest on Tired Days When your Body Battery is 30 or below, your deficit goal is automatically cut in half to prevent overfatigue. - Activity and Steps Displays your active calorie burn compared to your 7 day average, and your step count compared to your goal. Short tips change based on morning, afternoon, and evening. - Consistency and Recovery Active days and well rested recovery days both count toward your consistency streak. - 7 Day Trend Shows a daily burn chart and an estimated cumulative weight loss converted into body fat. - Glance Support Check your remaining calories quickly from the widget glance loop. [ Controls ] Press up or down buttons or swipe vertically to switch screens. Hold START or long press the touch screen to open settings. [ Settings ] Target deficit [-300, -500, or 0 kcal], weekly active calorie goal, fatigue safety, vibration alerts, units [kcal or kJ]. Weight can be synced automatically from your Garmin profile or entered manually in the phone app settings. [ Free Trial ] Enjoy all features free for 7 days after installation. You can unlock the full version anytime via the on screen QR code. * Cumulative weight loss is an estimate based on following the recommended calorie budget. * This app is not a medical device.
