Description

TattwasCycle — Elemental Time TattwasCycle brings the ancient yogic system of the Five Elements (Tattwas) to your Garmin watch, synchronized with the sunrise at your location. What are Tattwas? In yogic tradition, each day is divided into cycles of five elements, each lasting 24 minutes, beginning at sunrise: Akasha (Ether), Vayu (Air), Tejas (Fire), Apas (Water), and Prithivi (Earth). Knowing the active element helps you align daily activities with natural energetic rhythms. What the watch face shows: Current Tattwas — name and color, active right now Tattwas ring — visual arc showing cycle progress Sunrise time — calculated automatically from your GPS position Next Tattwas — name and exact transition time Time with seconds Heart Rate & HRV Steps Battery level Date and day of week Features: Automatic sunrise calculation using GPS Manual sunrise offset setting (±minutes) via Garmin Connect app Elegant mandala background Golden sunrise marker on the minute ring Supports 66 Garmin devices — Fenix 7/8, Epix 2, Forerunner, Venu, Instinct, MARQ and more A 7-day free trial is included. Activate with code for full access.
