Description

The time in large block digits, built on a single grid, with a bar that shows how much daylight is left. The bar under the time starts full at sunrise and shortens until sunset. At night it turns gray and shows how much of the night is left. The date sits above the time, and up to two lines of your choice sit below it. Shows: time, date, daylight left, and two lines you choose: next sunrise or sunset, alarm, steps, heart rate, Body Battery, calories, notifications, battery, or none. Settings: accent color (10 choices), the two lines, and a location for sun times, in the Connect IQ app. On newer watches you can also change the color and lines right on the watch: hold the face, then choose Customize. Battery: redraws once a minute, with no seconds. On AMOLED watches, a dim always-on version shows the time and daylight bar, lighting only a few percent of the screen and shifting each minute to protect it. Location: sun times need a location. Monolith uses your watch's last GPS fix or your phone's weather location. Until it has one, the bar is an empty outline. Alarm: shows whether an alarm is set. Garmin doesn't let watch faces read alarm times.
