Description

Wellness — Sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, ice room: your whole session in one activity Wellness records a complete sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge, ice room, rest and shower session as a single Garmin activity. Every phase is recorded with its duration, heart rate and calories, on your wrist and in Garmin Connect. Eight phase types, one colour each Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge, ice room, rest, shower and other. Each type keeps its colour everywhere: on screen, in the charts and in the timeline. Your setups, saved once and for all • Up to 20 setups, each with its own name: "Right sauna", "Scented steam room", "Outdoor jacuzzi", "Ice room"… • For each one: temperature, humidity and target duration. • During the session, pick "Sauna" then the one you're in. Temperature and humidity are filled in for you, nothing to re-enter. Routines that guide you • Up to 10 routines, e.g. 3 × (sauna 12 min → cold plunge 2 min → rest 10 min). • One press moves you to the next step, which is offered first. • A gauge fills up to the target duration, then the watch alerts you. • Optional: steps advance automatically. • Create and edit setups and routines on the watch or in Garmin Connect. Made for the spa • Discreet mode: dimmed screen so you don't disturb others. • Sounds off by default, vibration only (everything is adjustable). • Stop, resume, save and discard just like a native Garmin activity. Everything on your wrist • Current phase and its duration, heart rate, calories, total time, time of day. • Heart rate and temperature charts with a colour strip of your phases. • The watch's measured temperature is recorded continuously. • You can also enter the ambient temperature: it's always shown separately and labelled "entered". • End-of-session summary: average and max heart rate, calories, time per phase, hot/cold cycles, detailed timeline. In Garmin Connect • One lap per phase, with its phase code, temperature and humidity. • Charts for phase, measured temperature, entered temperature and humidity. • Total time per phase type and number of hot/cold cycles. Design inspired by Garmin's native data screens. Temperatures in °C or °F, 12 h or 24 h clock. Works on 130 Garmin watches: Forerunner, fenix, epix, Venu, vivoactive, Instinct, Enduro, MARQ, Descent… Got an idea, a suggestion or found a bug? Get in touch with the "Contact Developer" button on this page: every message is read and helps make Wellness better. And if you enjoy the app, a rating or review means a lot! Note: saunas expose your watch to high heat. Check Garmin's guidance for your model.
