Description

Real-time hydration tracking for trail runners. TrailHydro estimates your fluid loss in real time during running and trail activities, combining your heart rate, pace, and environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) into one clear screen on your watch. Features: - Real-time estimated fluid loss (mL) - Alert count — how many times you've been reminded to drink - Sweat rate (mL/h) so you can track your pace of fluid loss - Vibration alert every 300 mL - Color-coded warning: blue (safe), orange (approaching alert), red (drink now) Note: This app is a research prototype developed as part of a school research project on personalized hydration for trail running. The estimate is based on a simplified physiological model — calibrate it to your own sweat rate for best accuracy. It is not a medical device.
