Support it: https://buymeacoffee.com/racerox RaceRox was inspired by top-tier motorsports — Formula 1 and world endurance racing — and brings that same lap-by-lap engineering mindset to Hyrox. Designed for serious competitors and coaches, RaceRox breaks your Hyrox race into 16 actionable segments, times each one precisely, compares performance to your personal records in real time, and saves everything as a professional FIT activity for Garmin Connect. During the race RaceRox: Shows a 16-segment ring that builds as you complete each segment so you always know where you are on course. Tracks run segments using accelerometer-based pacing (no GPS required for indoor runs). Displays heart rate and color-coded zones so you can manage effort where it matters. Gives live delta feedback vs your PR so you know if you’re ahead or behind the plan. After the race: Get a scrollable, color-coded results grid with per-segment times, deltas and easy-to-read performance colors (purple = beat PR, green = within target, yellow/red = needs work). Export the complete FIT file to Garmin Connect with segment lap markers for later analysis and sharing. RaceRox is built for performance: reliable timing, smart lifecycle behavior (start/stop automatically when a race starts or ends), and fully configurable segment PRs and target times via the Garmin Connect app. Whether you’re training with a coach, chasing PRs, or optimizing pacing strategy, RaceRox gives you the telemetry and post-race insights you need to shave seconds off every segment — and the whole race.

What is new

Minor updates with v7.1 - Added fēnix 8 Pro (47mm, 51mm and MicroLED), fēnix 9 (43mm, 47mm and 51mm), fēnix 9 Pro (43mm, 47mm and 51mm), and fēnix 9 Pro Solar (47mm and 51mm) device targets. - Added Forerunner 70/170/170 Music, Enduro 3, Descent G2, Instinct Crossover AMOLED, and D2 Mach 2/2 Pro. Major updates with v7 - Results now use measured font spacing, subtle row backgrounds, aligned time/delta columns, and screen-shape-aware margins. All 16 Hyrox segments remain separate, with run pace and distance on a second line. - Results scrolling shows only complete rows and reaches the final Wall Balls result. Round screens keep content away from curved edges; rectangular screens use their extra width and height. - The race screen uses numbered run labels and shared compact station names, with the same adaptive fonts and clockwise rounded rectangular progress ring used by RaceDeka and 16 Hyrox segments. - Select, Start, and tap share the same start/advance/finish behavior, including automatically opening results. Back undoes an advance during a race, stops at the first segment, and exits while stopped. - The final total freezes when the race ends. Starting another race clears previous splits, pace, distance, and ring progress while retaining configured PRs and targets. - Display settings refresh when settings change; new races load the latest PRs and targets. - Pace and heart-rate text keep their contrast in dark mode at high HR zones; the colored zone band remains below the text. Minor updates with v6.1 - Support for 154 Devices - Improved Segement Ring - Support for Square face watches - Improved data capture for distance and race pace in FIT file Major updates with v6: - Back button: allows you to move back a segment without losing the time tracking. This helps in the event that you accidently progress too far (mis-click). Major updates with v5: - Optimized UI for readability / scalaing for device - Context line now alternates between run pace and bpm based on segment - Enhanced Results screen: better readability, now includes pace/distance on run segments - Fix: frace pace and heart rate not showing in specific situations - Fix: segment data recording for HR / Pace / Distance in FIT file - Feature: Light Mode! - Feature: Backlight control (Auto and Always On). - Fix: Distance not being saved in FIT file - Fix: Added space for Distance\Pace on Results screen for Run segments - Fix: Heart rate zone background and position - Fix: Heart rate zone respects theme option - Update to SDK 8.4 - Support for Venu 4 series
