Description

BulkForged puts your next set on your wrist. Strength training and gym workouts, logged from the watch: sets, reps, weight and reps-in-reserve, with your phone in the locker. A weight lifting log that remembers what you lifted last time. YOU NEED - The BulkForged phone app. Android now, iPhone soon: https://bulkforged.com/get/garmin-connect-iq - A BulkForged account. Make it in the phone app, then pair. Pairing takes about a minute. The BulkForged phone app decides what you lift next: more reps until you reach the top of your range, then the weight goes up. That is progressive overload, applied for you. Double progression, exercise by exercise. Your routines show up on the watch. You log every set from your wrist. Finished workouts show up in the phone app. ON THE WATCH - Guided sessions - your routine, exercise by exercise, with the prescribed weight and rep range for the set you are on. - Log from your wrist - weight, reps and reps-in-reserve. - Rest timer between sets. - Cardio bouts - indoor or outdoor, with GPS distance and calories outdoors. - Bodyweight logging. - Deload weeks - the watch shows the lighter weights. - No phone needed - start, run and finish a workout fully offline, with your phone at home. It uploads on its own once your watch has a connection, or the next time you open the app. - Start on either device - a workout started on the phone or the watch shows on the other, set for set, while it is still in progress.* - Saves to Garmin Connect - a workout you run on the watch is also a Garmin Connect activity, with heart rate and calories. BulkForged keeps your sets and weights. * Except on the fenix 6 and 6S (not the Pro models), the original Enduro, the Forerunner 245, the Instinct 3 Solar and the Instinct E. Those watches send your workout to your phone once, when you finish. FOR LIFTERS Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable and bodyweight work -- push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full body, or a split of your own. The phone app builds the plan and moves your targets. The watch runs the workout. SETUP In the phone app open Settings, then Account, and tap Generate pairing code. On the watch open BulkForged and choose Pair watch to enter the 8-digit code. WHAT THE WATCH USES - Internet, to get your routines and send finished workouts to your BulkForged account. - GPS, for outdoor cardio only. - Activity recording, to save each workout to Garmin Connect. The app also writes each set's reps and weight into that activity. - Background updates, to send a workout you finished offline once the watch reconnects. - Body Battery and stress, to show a training-readiness signal. Runs on 90+ Garmin watches - fenix, epix, Enduro, MARQ, tactix, quatix, D2, Forerunner, Descent, Instinct, Venu and vivoactive. BulkForged is a training tool, not medical advice. Train within your limits.

What is new

Starting a routine while your phone is running a different workout now asks first: join it, discard it and start yours, or cancel. A set your phone adds mid-workout now asks how many reps you had left, like your other sets. Both apply to the watches that follow your phone's workout live. They don't apply to the fēnix 6 and 6S (not the Pro models), the original Enduro, the Forerunner 245, the Instinct 3 Solar or the Instinct E.
