Description

Companion app for https://www.conditiond.app - Your coach's conditioning sessions on your wrist — every rep paced to your own MAS, and every rep sent back to your coach. Conditiond turns your squad's fitness-test results into individualised running conditioning — and this watch app puts each prescribed session on your wrist, runs it with you, and sends back how you ran it. How it works: • Pair once — enter the code from your Conditiond athlete app or dashboard to securely link your watch to your account. • Your upcoming conditioning sessions appear on the watch, each built from your Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) from fitness testing. They're kept on the watch, so a session works with no phone nearby. • Run it in the Conditiond app, your way: – Guided: the watch runs the session for you — the target for every rep, your pace and heart rate as you go, and a vibration and tone at each rep and recovery. Press lap to end a rep early. – Just record: for a session your coach runs on the pitch — you press lap for each rep and the watch records it. • When you finish, each rep's distance, time and heart rate go back to Conditiond automatically, so you and your coach can see exactly how the session was executed against what was prescribed. Out of range? It sends itself once your phone is back. • Your run is saved to Garmin Connect as usual. • Prefer Garmin's own workout screens? Download a session as a structured workout instead, and your device guides the target pace and distance for every rep. Because every session is scaled to your own MAS, you and a teammate can run the same session at different speeds and both train at exactly the right intensity — no GPS pods, no spreadsheets, no guesswork. Requires a Conditiond account, provided by your club or coach. Learn more at conditiond.app. Run your session on the watch: guided, or just recorded while your coach runs it. Every rep's distance and time goes back to conditiond automatically, including sessions recorded with no phone nearby. Run screens rebuilt: bigger numbers, a heart-rate zone colour, and your rep's split for five seconds after every lap. Sessions and plans are kept on the watch, so a whole session works offline. Sending your workout to Garmin's own workout app still works exactly as before.

What is new

GPS is now used while you record, so your session has a map in Garmin Connect and every rep's distance is measured by satellite. The start screen shows the GPS status (searching / weak / ready). Fixed: recording a session no longer closes the app on older watches (fēnix 5, Forerunner 935/645, vívoactive 3 and similar). Fixed: sessions recorded without your phone nearby now send in the background without errors.
